They will learn to categorize by genre and alphabet by utilizing the colored book holders. They will use their dry erase boards for math and answering tools. We will play games with the dry erase boards where they can ask each other questions and answer each other with the dry erase boards. Each group will have their own colored caddy to keep their supplies in. We will have contests between groups, with their colors, for the color of the month. Whichever team's color of the moth wins, gets to pick out their class jobs for the month. My project is to help my students learn how to build their organizational skills. They will learn this by using colors and labels and caddy's.
