These writing materials will give my students the opportunity to take the new words, ideas, and thoughts from our readings from the new book shelf to create original stories, essays and more. They will now have a place to go and read one of the many donated books from the new book shelf, along with having the basic materials to sit and write. Many of my students love to write with paper and pencil to get their brainstorming going. Our pencil sharpener broke last year and it would be wonderful to surprise them with a new one this year! My students who can’t afford headphone for the computers will also now no longer feel left out when they need to complete an assignment. We truly appreciate all of the support to grow and learn this year.
