In today's world, it seems as if children are born knowing how to use technology. Therefore, I want to bring iPads into my room to help those who need the extra push to learn. I will be using them for math fact fluency as well as reading fluency!
Students will record themselves reading and listen back to their recording to help identify areas, on their own, that they need to work on. I will also be able to have students read books that are just right for THEM through a variety of apps. In addition, we can use the iPads for math fact fluency which is one of the major areas for concern I see year after year.
I am hoping to start with two iPads and then eventually have five for a full small group to use. I appreciate any and all donations to my very first project! THANK YOU for helping make education the best it can be and for believing in my students and me.
