These magazines will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. Not only do I want children to have the opportunity to have their own magazines to take home and continue that love of reading, but I am doing this with students in mind. The variety of topics that Scholastic covers will pique the interest of any student. It will enhance their reading and writing skills while also encouraging self-reflection and peer-to-peer interactions. Not only will this foster the love of student reading, but will help them to learn about topics that they didn't even know we could cover in school!

About my class
