Our main goal is to build relationships with our students through communication and social interaction. Sometimes that is hard to do when a student is unregulated.
Our students are sensory seeking and need supportive items to help regulate their sensory needs (sight, taste, hearing, smell and touch) so they can learn alongside their peers.
Our students present a variety of unique sensory needs that we need to address in order for them to be successful in their school system. We currently are very limited on what we can offer our students in this area and the items we have chosen will help our students succeed.
