My students and their needs is my number one priority as a first year teacher. Many students that have special needs need some type of sensory input to be better engaged in a lesson. Having flexible seating as part of their learning will better help learn better. The wobble chairs and cushions will be used instead of their regular chairs to provide extra sensory input.
If each of my students has a wobble chair or seat cushion they will be able to engage in lesson better. I will have a chance to incorporate every lesson from calendar to math time. The students will be able to meet their individual goals and succeed in school.
