For the first time ever, our inner city students will have a chance to draw animals, insects, plant life right in the environment of our art room! I am bringing nature to them by creating a STEM to STEAM Nature Center right in our school art room. Students will be able to study, explore and draw animal fossils, bones, skeletons, bird feathers and more! Instead of the average free draw, our young artists will learn to draw by observation and who knows maybe they'll grow up to be a scientist, astronaut or great naturalist because of you! Please help us travel right to the safety of our art room as we encounter, explore and fully appreciate nature with our students.

About my class
