We will use tablets in our classroom to explore, research, and build on the needed skills necessary for kindergarten! The use of apps in the classroom is a great way for students to access knowledge in a different way and also a great way to differentiate instruction. These tablets will not be used to replace instruction, only to compliment what has already been taught! I have a wide range of ability levels in my classroom, and I strongly believe tablets can be used to enhance the skills being taught in the classroom. Technology is a great way for students to get multiple exposures to the standards being taught! I also want students to be able to use technology to research topics that interest them because they are all so different.
