These materials will help ALL of my students feel included, even though they might not look alike. It is important to acknowledge the different cultures in the class, and learn more about all. Every student should feel important and proud. Students can teach others about their culture, and having a globe would help visualize. Every individual is special and we celebrate differences. Everyone should have a crayon to use that is "skin color" because "skin color" is not just one or two shades. Growth mindset is the focus of my classroom and these cards would be great to ask as "question of the day."
