The kid-size couches will allow my students to be able to enjoy their books in a comfortable environment that imitates their the life size couches they have in their own home environment. It will be a cozy place where they can enjoy their special books. This will truly make a difference for my students. They are currently reading their books on the rug area and that is not the best place for them to enjoy a good book. My students come from under represented homes and I believe that having a safe, comfortable school environment our students can flourish and thrive in their education.

About my class
