All of the students in my classroom will be able to engage in meaningful hands-on science lessons when they use these science kits and materials. They will be motivated to plan, conduct, investigate, collect evidence, construct, and use materials to explore the amazing world of science. They will have clear instructions and step by step directions with pictures to guide and assist their learning. They will have opportunities to ask questions, make observations, gather information, and construct new ideas about the objects and people around us, and the earth we live on. Students will be able to make observations and apply their learning. This learning will intertwine with math, social studies, and literacy lessons taught throughout the day.
Science is such an exciting and innovative subject, it's important to teach it in a way that learners never lose their passion for exploring the world around them! It is very important to me that my students are excited about learning more about science! When learning is hands-on and they are physically able to engage in what they are doing, they learn so much more!
