These books will allow my students to become better readers and grow. It is important to have a variety of books in the classroom, so students have choices and are able to learn about different types of stories/topics. I want my students to love reading. A good reading foundation helps them in all other aspects of learning and life. Being good readers will give them confidence and will help them to grow and excel in school. Reading will help them in other subjects such as math and social studies when we are reading math problems or topics in social studies.
