With technology being a big part of education in the schools today, it is very difficult for my students to access some of the technology that is available in the school. For our physically and cognitively disabled students, having iPads in the classroom would provide many different engaging opportunities for learning. iPads can provide different sensory activities and a variety of interactive academic programs, while also providing accessibility for the range of needs in the classroom. Having appropriate and accessible technology in the classroom would increase student engagement, enhance learning and provide different methods of communication. Being able to access technology for my students would open up all kinds of new possibilities and experiences.

About my class
