My students are currently learning how to use various reading strategies such as Eagle Eye, Pointy Pig and Lips The Fish to utilize best literacy practices. However, the texts I am using are older usually and not as engaging. I'd love to be able to provide them with exciting texts in order to make reading more fun for them! The texts would be used in guided reading groups, independent practice, read alouds and at times to be borrowed for homework to broaden their libraries. They would be used over a number of school years as well since I will 100% be likely to use them in future years.
