Being an intervention specialist, my students often struggle with things that we typically do not think about when it comes to our classroom environments, such as harsh lighting and preferential seating.
My goal is to make my students feel as comfortable as possible in their everyday learning environment.
I want my room to feel like a safe, comforting, and caring spot for each and every one of my students. By altering their learning environment and being conscious of their learning preferences, I can provide an ideal classroom for each of my students. I know they are all capable of learning, I just need to provide them with their best learning environment.
