Students come to school with the intention of doing their best. However, there are many factors that impact their ability to do so each day. Often they come to us tired and hungry and not prepared to learn. This can often look like missing homework, no pencil, no binder, and no notebook. We can feed them and give them tools for the classroom. Anxiety and attention deficit also impact their ability to learn and focus.
Using these chair bands will help my students to get their "wiggles" out in a manner that allows them to remain in their seat and listening but still moving and releasing some energy.
