Students will be able to analyze graphs for real world application problems. It will give them a vivid picture that can help with comprehending the practical usage of PreCalculus in society. Also, the TI 84 CE make analyzing data more feasible in the classroom setting. Students can input data and readily get graphs and critical points instantaneously. Being able to have a handsheld device like a graphing calculator will encourage learning PreCalculus standards to fidelity. Lastly, my students will be able to apply their usage of the graphing calculator to other area of importance like the ACT. Students can use the TI 84 CE on the ACT that many colleges require as a key component of a college application.
