Sports bras, compression shorts, and sneakers will prevent injuries as well as increase comfort during practice and at meets and invitationals. This project ensures that each female has one sports bra and a solid pair of sneakers to run in. This project also ensures that each male has a pair of well-made sneakers as well as a pair of compression shorts.
This gear will boost the students' confidence in themselves as they often feel inadequate in comparison to other runners and teams. A majority of the runners' aches and pains comes not owning the proper gear. Thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter!
About my class
