I have a diverse group of students that love to read! I teach two classes that are made up of ESL students and Gifted and Talented students. Each one of my students, no matter their ability, love to read. The Scholastic News readers will allow my students to bring reading material home. Additionally, the books that I am requesting are books that my students have asked for in a reading inventory that was given in class. I have had the opportunity to teach this wonderful group of students before when they were in 3rd grade. They are deserving of any reading material that piques their interest. My hope is that they continue their love of reading throughout their lives.
