Speaking is the number one motivating factor for students learning a language. In my class, I like the students to research and use Google Earth in real time. I also like them to use Flipgrid and Charlala in speaking assignments. When doing individual speaking, students do not feel motivated. So why I pads, you ask? The kids feel inspired to participate, knowing that speaking is the ultimate goal behind learning this beautiful language. They enjoy using current technology in class and their sense of enthusiasm motivates me. These I pads will go a long way in boosting the French Speaking Project.

About my class
