Currently, my students are tripping over our rug. It has folds and tears in it that are unsafe. It is also bright colored, so something more nuetral would go along with our Reggio inspired classroom. we need something smaller than our current rug so our room area can be used in a more effective way. Getting this rug will also help build our classroom community as we use it for meeting, community building lessons, story time, and much more. Our entire day revolves around "coming to the carpet." We use it as we transition to each activity. It is a vital piece to our classroom as a whole.
