This Nebula Capsule, by Anker, Smart Wi-Fi Mini Projector will help me project each lesson onto my chalkboard so that I can make the lessons come alive. I can show them specific vocabulary that they may have never hear before. Many of my fifth graders had no clue what fringe or a gerbil was the other day while reading a story.
This projector would give me the opportunity to give them visual examples of vocabulary and take them on virtual field trips since they have never experienced events that most children have such as camping. I could also project my daily lessons with words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, and whole books onto the board. Each child would be able to be engaged in the learning rather that trying share a book. I would still give them as much hands on learning with real books as possible but we live in a technology world and I need to help use technology to give my students the greatest benefits that I possibly can!
