As a second year teacher in a low income community, you can imagine we do not have any spare technology.
Educational books and State testing are now computer based, and my class does not currently have the tools to be effective testers or readers.
With these my students can access Pearson books ( our textbooks), take AR test, access Epic books, and practice on Study Island to prepare for State test!
We don’t have enough time in the day for daily library or computer lab trips, but these will allow them to access new text daily!
Most do not have basic keyboard skills to achieve high scores on their state test, but with these we can practice. Last year was the first year for online test and they desperately need the practice!
