These materials will help students as we explore, develop, and support social-emotional learning in the classroom. We are first focusing on self-management: learning to identify and manage both stress and anxiety. The tools will be used to support students as they individually or collaboratively acknowledge their stresses and anxieties and aim to manage them while in the classroom. The calming/quiet area is another support used to provide additional resources and strategies for guiding self-management and self-reflection. While all social-emotional learning tools and materials are encouraged, they are completely optional. Your generosity would mean a lot to my students.
