My goal is to provide my students with a calm, safe space that can serve as a respite from the chaos of their daily lives. And I need your help to achieve this goal! Our peace room will have an activity area with a table to allow students to work on social-emotional projects and learning activities. We’ll have a calm corner, equipped with a shag rug, bean bag chairs, smoothing music, and an array of fidget toys. And we’ll have a lending library for student to borrow self-help, motivational, and creative literature. Help me teach my students that self-care isn’t selfish!

About my class
