These materials will make a difference in my classroom by providing students with a box of books that is all their own. They will be able to store their books and easily change them when they want new ones by having durable boxes that will not fall apart on them. The phonics games will help students learn to read in fun and engaging ways.
Students will be engaged in small group activities playing games and reading books while I am teaching small skill groups. These activities will help my students continue to learn even when they are not being taught directly by me. The phonics games will also have a natural added benefit of building social skills as students learn and play together.
