My percussion students come from low-income households, and don't have the money to buy their own mallets for playing xylophone. We also don't have a snare drum stand which means that our snare drum is virtually useless because they can't play it without a stand. By donating to help us buy this percussion equipment, you will be helping young percussionist fulfill their dreams and learn how to play snare drum and xylophone!
Snare Drum and xylophone are the fundamental percussion instruments. Once young percussionists learn to play both, they are able to transition to other drums and keyboard instruments as well as have the musical prowess to be successful when playing auxiliary instruments like cymbals, claves, and more!
