Headphones will help my students focus and stay engaged while working on the computer. It will also eliminate the excessive chatting that happens when students are working on computers. Headphone will promote independent work and keep my students on task. My students have a computer math program and a reading program that they use on a daily basis, which requires concentration. There are videos that are connected with the assignments and I know students get distracted and are not always focused on the task. With all of my students using their computers with headphones, students will be on task and will be able to focus on what they need to do.
