My students come from low-income areas and our school does not have a library. Choice and physical manipulative promotes student engagement and enhances the students' chances that they will internalize the information and make the most sense of the curriculum. These materials will be used to increase our classroom manipulatives and offer more for my students to choose from to form their own understanding.
