With multiple tablets, my students will have access to a variety of resources to help them engage further with our math and science curriculum. Every student at our school has a Gmail address, but without technology, it is pointless. These tablets will allow me to give assignments and assessments via Google Classroom, as well as send links to helpful sites and videos. In addition, students will be able to use our school-funded online program, IXL, multiple times a week for differentiated math and science practice. Also, the use of technology allows me to better differentiate assignments for my students. I can meet the needs of all of my learners by directing them to sites and programs that better fit their needs. Our math curriculum, GoMath!, has this component built in, and with technology, we will finally be able to access it.
