I have quite a few students with attention and focus needs as well as hyperactivity and they deserve to be able to have a space that meets their necessities. They have trouble working at their desks and have a constant need to move and fidget. I also have 34 students so space is limited. However, if I could create move flexible seating options where they can be on the floor or quietly and productively bouncing/wobbling, I know my students would have a greater chance of success in the classroom. I don't want to punish them for who they are but rather show them that they can be successful no matter what!
