Having students with unique learning styles makes it difficult to teach using standard learning techniques. With a variety of manipulative items and sensory items, it makes the learning process beneficial for the students in the special education setting.
The donations to my classroom with provide students a way to learn that matches their learning style and give them the ability to make progress in all subject areas.
By adding additional items to our classroom to assist in the learning process, it will help to build confidence for students and they will be able to achieve academic success in a variety of subject areas such as math, reading, writing, and social skills.
