Hello!! Thank you for taking the time to read more about my project. As a small-group English foundations teacher, I often retain students for all 4 years of their high school career (due to their individual needs.) Each year I strive to make things new and exciting. I buy new books and materials, I organize completely new lessons, and I use my creative juices to help students feel like it is a "new" class. This year my personal focus is to learn about and try new assessments. I will utilize the two books in this project to study and advance my practices, and I will incorporate the journals and magazines into my students' classwork. I plan to utilize these materials to make my small group English classes more dynamic, exciting, and interesting for my students!
