In our tiny, remote community, not very many students have the opportunity to be exposed to musical instruments. Ukuleles would be a great addition to our classroom where students will be able to harness their musical abilities. Ukuleles will be added to our music class to encourage exploration and perseverance which are also focuses in the classroom.
Your donation of ukuleles will give students the chance to learn, grow, and develop a new skill. Using them to explore music may also spark the desire for a student to later learn other musical instruments. These ukuleles will be put to good use and already have an invitation to appear in our family Christmas program!
