Throughout the year, students develop different math skills. Rulers help students to measure in both inches and centimeters. They provide a straight edge to create number lines, etc. Protractors assist students to measure angles, further strengthening their algebraic skills! Calculators are an accommodations for our students which provides them the opportunity to move through problems steadily versus falling behind. They also provide students the ability to promptly double-check their work!
Our students have different learning styles and respond positively to multi-sensory input when learning! Using the wipe boards will provide students an alternative way to respond in the classroom as well as serve as an informal assessment!
