I run both Girls and Boys basketball teams in my Junior High School. At any given tryout, I can have 50 or more kids wanting to be a part of the basketball program. I also run an after-school program that allows kids to play basketball and learn skills. These kids often could benefit from our after-school program taking them out of rough circumstances, feeding them, and keeping them in line academically and in contact with their teachers.
We can provide good core basketball skill development and team training for every kid that wants to be a part of it. Providing something as simple as court markers is a very effective teaching tool, and reduces the demand for​ coaching.
