Spikeball is an amazing game of agility, hand-eye coordination, and reaction. With Covid physical education restrictions I have had to come up with new options for all of my classes. In seeking out these new ideas, I came across Spikeball and was excited because it will give the students a fun and exciting way to exercise, but the game itself also fits into the social distancing adaptations we have to adhere to in my PE classes. We like Spikeball so much we are writing it in as a full-time curriculum unit for the future.

About my class
