This project provides a few necessary start up supplies that are not supplied by the school.
We'll use the supplies to write, and keep our work organized. We'll use the whiteboard for centers and we'll use the clipboards when we go outside for science lessons.
Some of the supplies will be used for math rotations and games on Fridays.
I've got a few lamps on the list as well, to provide some softer lighting for the students on the autism spectrum who will be mainstreamed in my class. The light will also give my classroom a cozy-feel and hopefully make students feel more welcomed.
I've added a paper and supply organizer as there is no built-in furniture in the classroom and the students and I will need a place to store supplies.
