My percussion students truly have the short end of the stick. They are so excited to play and make music, but most of the materials they have are broken. Many instruments are on their last legs, with duct tape holding them together. I want them to feel proud to play these instruments, not like they are using junk. What little they do have is in bad shape, beyond repair. I'm hoping these items will help keep their spark and love of music alive.
These students are so passionate about making music and creating and exploring different sounds! It would be great for them to have good materials to use.
