The students in my classroom learn best doing hands on activities and learning through technology. These iPads will help the students learn different material in a very interactive way! iPads will be used as centers during guided reading lessons. This will give students the opportunity to practice skills they have already learned in class, independently. This is a multi-age classroom, students spend time each day working independently. These iPads will help create structure in the classroom and help students stay engaged.
By having access to all different apps on the iPad, students can practice reading comprehension, fluency, math facts, and learning to research! Students in my classroom want to have the opportunity to learn with technology so they are better prepared for their future.
Technology expands the opportunity for students to learn about so much they cannot see.
