Our first grade readers need books that they can read independently to build their skills and confidence. The students will have time each day to choose and enjoy whisper reading to themselves, or read with a partner. These books are all designed for brand new readers! These sets are some of our first grade favorites. Our students will be so excited to return to the classroom this fall, and they will love having a classroom library filled with books chosen just for them! I can't wait to see their happy faces reading these engaging, colorful books.
