At the moment my students are finding it challenging to stay in their seats when I am teaching them. I also don’t like spending my day teaching from the carpet, so this will allow me to still teach my students from their seats but they will have seating that they chose for the day. The choice is truly theirs. This is also help keep their attention span longer since they could either bounce on the yoga ball or swivel on the swivel chair. I’m hoping to help make these one smart group of Kindergarteners. Brain breaks are great and super helpful but sometimes it isn’t that easy to take a quick break, time truly slips away as a teacher.
