My students will be able to get hands-on experience to help them learn and understand how parallel and series circuits work. The Snap Circuits Exploration Kit is an interactive way to help them learn and see circuits in action. Students will be able to create their own circuits and then if they completed the circuit correctly because the helicopter portion will fly up. The great thing about these snap circuits is that students will be able to create working models of a photo sensor, a flashing light, and adjustable-volume siren to name a few. Having the students be able to manipulate the circuits and adjust errors will be a fantastic and tangible way to learn about circuits.
