These new novels will have an incredible impact on students' learning and motivation. Last year our tenth grade students had old, tattered, and abused copies to read from, and it was obvious that they considered our study of the text unimportant because of the physical state of the novels they were given.
Our students deserve to learn using quality materials, because the skills and concepts they develop from reading go beyond the novel and the classroom. These new editions also contain updated, relevant insight from contributors that will deepen and enrich students' understanding of the text. We are looking forward to rejuvenating our novel collection to give new life to reading and learning.
