The majority of the girls that are part of my "Engineering Girls" Club have never been exposed to coding in any environment. I have asked for a total of 15 Sphero Bolts which would allow my 30 girls to work collaboratively in groups of 2 to learn coding in a safe and fun environment. Currently, our club has 0 Sphero Bolts. Therefore, every one that we receive for our club is a step in the right direction to get girls (especially minority girls) exposed and learn coding at an earlier age. The Engineering Girls Club will have a hands-on opportunity to learn and practice coding with the Sphero Bolts.
