Aimed at beginning readers, the series centers on Junie B. Jones, a young girl who is just entering kindergarten. The books are written to encourage young readers to have a love for literacy at an independent reading level. This will increase motivation and lead to better reading performance. This series is also a great way to begin discussing behavior, characters and describing words. My students adore Junie B. Jones books. They enjoy laughing at the funny things Junie B. Jones says and does. By donating to this project, you will instill a love for reading and a love for history!
