This class set of play money, will help students with disabilities, who struggle with abstract concepts such as money. Students will use these money manipulatives to learn important life skills, count money, count back change, and understand the value of money.
My students are worried and concerned about their future, and have often requested lessons in counting money.
Students are all junior's or seniors in high school and struggle with basic money facts. Learning basic money skills will help students be independent after high school. The play set of money will allow students to practice counting money and learn the valuable skill of counting back change.
