I would like to teach with technology, Google Classroom, and open the door to the 21st century to my my small, rural, Title 1 math classroom. We currently have zero computers and I am dying to prepare them for the future (college, tech school, the workforce) by allowing them to participate in online learning, real world math examples, and virtual field trips! How can they be ready when they haven't learned how to type or create? I would like to show them the type of teaching/lessons/hands on learning other schools and colleges get to use on a daily basis. My students don't ask for much, they actually are thrilled with shampoo, conditioner, and soap in my proze box, so computers would be a dream. Using computers will allow them to really blossom! Thank you for your consideration!
