Students will use iPads to extend their inquiry-based learning in our Science Center. We will use the iPads to reinforce subjects previously introduced as a lesson and extend their inquiry and investigative skills to make connections and gain knowledge in all subject areas. Science centers are designed around animal, insect, and plant life cycles. The iPads will provide an opportunity for students to explore different interests through search and investigation strategies. We will investigate Physics through catapults, forces, and motion, as well as bridge building in order to develop their critical thinking skills and understanding of how things work!
We will develop those skills through hands-on building, exploration, and investigation of these different topics.
