My students have very little exposure and enriching experiences. I would love for them to be able to be apart of the decision-making process in their learning environment to enhance motivation and engagement. Without the experiences that are evidence-based, such as flexible seating, I cannot say I am enriching my students in the best ways possible and with the most opportunities afforded them. I know that flexible seating is student-driven, enhances students’ ability to meet classroom expectations, and creates a more positive environment where students have a choice, which is often not the case throughout the entire school day
